With our optical and computer-controlled laser cutters, HOLVOET NV combines high precision with high output. Shapes are designed by CAD systems and fully meet the requirements of the client. All bending and welding is carried out as specified.

Goods made to measure

Folding: Several numerical-controlled folding-presses till 1500 ton and 16000 mm length.

Flame cutting: Four production units with numerical control; with oxygen and acetylene till 300 mm thickness, with plasma till 50 mm.

Punching: For sheets and profiles with press or on folding-press fitted with punching units.

Assembly unit: For aluminium thermalbreak profiles.

Cutting: Guillotine till 15 mm thickness en tot 8 m length.

Laser: Capacity of 160000 mm x 3000 mm.

Discs: Nibbled, flame cutted or with laser.

Chamfer: X- of V-form and till 60° on straight pieces.

Bending: Cilindrical and conical of profiles and sheets. The possibilities depend on the thickness and the width of the sheets, the section and the direction of the profiles.

Sawing: Sheets till 6570 mm and 150 mm thickness. Profiles: every section and length.

Stamping of strengthening ribs: Standard for sheets from 0,5 till 5 mm. Following plan for big quantities.

Notching: Till 8 mm.

Boring: Of 18000 mm length and from 5 till 52 mm of diametre. Holes with big diametre by boring or flame cutting.

Grouving: Of steel and stainless steel tubes.
